This three-storey house sits on the land in an L-shape, speaking the language of layers.
At first, we opened the house completely, then gradually began covering it again, drawing inspiration from fine fabrics and lace.
Trees, perforated screens, and curtains were used to form these different layers, creating a precious inner world. Light meets the interior, playing a game of projection and reflection. Each surface—the wooden floors, ceiling, walls, and concrete—engages in this game uniquely.
At night, the house transforms into a glowing lantern, marking the place where this family resides. It influences not only the garden’s atmosphere but also the quality of the surrounding urban space on a larger scale.
The clients appreciate aesthetics, style, and understand the responsibility of having their house situated on the corner of two streets.

The floors of the house are also layered. At one corner, the ground floor touches the land; at the opposite corner, the basement does. It is at this intersection where visitors first arrive, witnessing the meeting of both worlds.
The upper floor, like a weighty box resting on a glass cube, encloses the children's domain and the parents' suite, providing a world of intimacy, security, and privacy.
Even the garden reflects this layering. Some trees rise from the basement, others from the ground floor, creating different levels that bring depth and richness to the house.
